How Will Breakables, Clothes and Delicate Pieces Be Protected?
Most people find that it's a good idea to ensure their belongings are packed correctly by using the services of our expert packers. Our packers are professionally trained and use specially constructed cartons ranging from dish packs to wardrobes to mirror packs to keep your possessions safe from damage. After each carton is packed, it is labeled for identification and a description of the contents added so that it can be delivered directly to the proper location in your new home. Crating is available at your request, for those unusual and hard-to protect items that must be safeguarded. Anderson Bros. Movers are experts also in the handling of antiques, fine art and pianos.
If you prefer to do your own packing, we will be happy to provide you with the packing materials needed and delivery of those materials whenever it's convenient for you.
What Insurance Coverage is Offered?
There are several plans available for our customers from cost-free to full replacement coverage. We will be happy to explain all plans in detail so that you can make the right choice to suit your individual needs.
What if Something Does Go Wrong?
We strive for each and every move to be claim-free and we stand by our performance. We value our customers, and if there is a problem it can be handled by making a simple telephone call to us.
What About Storage?
We offer short and long-term storage for reasonable monthly rates at secure, convenient locations throughout the Bay Area. Our facilities are in Alameda, Brisbane, Concord and Martinez.
Furniture and possessions are carefully tagged, inventoried, wrapped and placed in containers referred to as "vaults". Each sealed vault holds approximately one room of furniture and can only be accessed by the storage owner.
